Dental Mobile allows Dental Plan members to access their member information, view benefits and co-pays, find a dentist, and get answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
Available features include:

•Member Services: Access your member information (including effective date, group information and member number), benefits and co-pays, and coverage details for minor dependents. Contact Member Services with one tap on the call button and speak to a representative that is automatically prompted with your basic member information.

•Find a Dentist: Search for a dentist that accepts your plan. Use your current location, an address or zip code to access a list of dental offices in the area.

•Dental Health: Get dental health tips to help you maintain clean and strong teeth.

•FAQ: Find answers to the most common coverage questions.
